Delivery Timeframes

Orders are typically delivered within 3–5 business days from the date your order confirmation is issued.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, courier capacity, public holidays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Amped Tribe cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third-party courier providers once an order has been dispatched.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Within 48 hours of your order being dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:

- Tracking number
- Courier information
- Delivery details

You may use this information to track your order throughout the delivery process.

Delivery Areas

We currently deliver throughout South Africa.

Certain remote areas may experience extended delivery timeframes.

Collection Option

Where available, customers may choose to collect their order from our operational base in Ballito, KwaZulu-Natal.

Collection instructions will be communicated after purchase.

Incorrect Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all delivery details provided are accurate.

Additional delivery fees arising from incorrect information may be charged to the customer.

Risk and Ownership

Risk in the products passes to the customer upon delivery.

Ownership of products remains with Amped Tribe until full payment has been received.
